The Spark
Chargii was born from a simple frustration: why does staying charged have to be so complicated? Founded as a direct-to-consumer portable power brand, we set out to build chargers that were compact, reliable, and actually fun to use. Our first product hit the market and immediately resonated with travelers, professionals, and anyone tired of hunting for outlets.
The Rise
What started as a single product grew into a family. We expanded into car chargers, cordless phone chargers, and more. Chargii products landed on Amazon, Walmart, and in retail stores across the country. We were featured by BRITE Energy Innovators as a standout in the energy storage space. The brand was growing fast, and the future looked electric.
The Storm
Then COVID hit. Supply chains collapsed. Manufacturing partners shut down. Retail orders evaporated overnight. Like thousands of small consumer brands, Chargii was caught in the crossfire of a global pandemic. We fought to keep the lights on, but the combination of supply disruptions, shipping costs, and market uncertainty forced us to pause operations. The brand went dark.
The Rebuild
Behind the scenes, the Chargii team never stopped working. We redesigned our flagship product from the ground up — new battery cells, faster charging, a precision-milled housing, and built-in cables that actually retract. We also found the right partner to bring Chargii back stronger than ever.
The Relaunch
Chargii is back — this time as a subsidiary of The Promo 4th Group, a hybrid brand accelerator based in Plain City, Ohio. With Promo 4th's in-house production capabilities, we can now offer something no other power bank brand can: bespoke personalization at scale. The Chargii SE+ is our comeback product, and it's the best thing we've ever made.
